Town of McBee

Procedures:

The Town of McBee court docket is the schedule of the court. Defendants will be expected to adhere to the procedures and protocol of the court at all times, including proper attire.

All mobile devices, including phones, must be turned off. Photography and audio recordings are prohibited. No food or drink will be allowed in the court room at any time.

Fines:

Fines are established by the State of South Carolina for State violations and by the Town of McBee for Town Ordinance violations.
Please call the McBee Police Department for the amount of your fine - 843-335-6613.

Fines may be paid by phone with a credit / debit card, a transaction fee is applied to phone payments, online at PayThatTicket.com , or you may mail your payment to the Court.  Payments by mail must be in the form of a cashier check or money order, made payable to "Town Judge".

All fines must be recieved prior to 2:30 on the date of court.
