Code Compliance

The Town of McBee operates in compliance with many written ordinances that are designed to maintain a healthy and clean environment, carry out land use policy, preserve the quality of life standards, and provide a safe community that residents and businesses enjoy.

Our office reviews and responds to ordinance compliance inquiries within 2 business days of receipt. Inquiries regarding life, safety, and health issues are given immediate priority.
